Many physios and chiropractors are brilliant at care and short on time for marketing. So the website gets built once and forgotten. The Google profile is half filled in. Booking is a phone number. Reviews sit in the treatment room.

Meanwhile, the person in pain is on their phone at 9 pm, picking the clinic that makes it easy.

We started Clinic Chime to fix that gap. We looked at 4,348 physio and chiro homepages in November 2026. A third of the physio sites and a quarter of the chiro sites had no online booking we could find. Two in three showed no review feed or star rating. That is not a care problem. It is a plumbing problem, and plumbing can be fixed.

1. Booked first visits are the only number that counts. Clicks and impressions are not patients. We report calls, online bookings and reviews.
2. Your clinic should own everything. Domain, website, Google profile and every account in your name. It is your business, so it should be your asset.
3. Fix the leak before you buy more water. If your booking path is broken, more traffic only wastes money. We start with what stops patients from booking.
4. Plain beats clever. A clear Book online button beats a beautiful page that hides it.
5. Nothing goes live without you reading it. Health care is regulated, and your name is on the door. You approve what we publish.

• We won’t invent reviews. Not one. We help your real patients tell their real stories, and we ask everyone, not only the happy ones. We never offer anything in return for a review.
• We won’t promise rankings or patient numbers. Nobody can honestly promise the top spot on Google. We’ll show you what we changed and what moved.
• We won’t lock you in. Our ongoing care is month to month. If we’re not earning it, you can leave and keep your domain, website content, Google profile and accounts.
• We won’t hold your accounts hostage. No shared logins you can’t see. No domain registered to us.
• We won’t touch patient records. We work on your website, your Google profile and your software’s own settings.
• We won’t bury you in jargon. If a report needs a glossary, we have written it badly.
• We won’t talk down to other providers. Plenty of agencies and in-house marketers do good work. If a different option suits your clinic better, we’ll say so.
