Google reviews for chiropractors and physios that turn into booked first visits

Patients praise you in the treatment room. Few say it on Google, and many never see it on your site. We set up a calm, steady way to ask, reply and show reviews, within your regulator’s rules.

It is built for solo clinics, growing practices, multi-location groups and brand-new clinics. You keep your Google profile and your voice. We do the routine work, and you approve anything public.

Proof strip

1. 66% and 70%

In our scan of 4,348 physio and chiro homepages, 66% of physio sites and 70% of chiro sites showed no review feed or star rating. How we counted.

2. Nobody’s profile but yours

The Google profile stays in your clinic’s name. We use invited access, never your passwords.

3. We never write reviews

No bought reviews, no invented reviews, no gifts in return for reviews. Ever.

4. You approve every reply

We draft, you read, you post or tell us to.

Why reviews decide first visits

A new patient is usually in pain, short of time and comparing a few clinics on a phone. They are not reading your services page first. They are looking at the stars, the number beside them and what a few strangers said.

Reviews answer the question the patient cannot ask out loud: “Will I be looked after here?” A clinic with recent, honest reviews and a calm reply to the odd bad one looks like a clinic that pays attention. A clinic with three reviews from 2021 looks quiet, even if the care is excellent.

1. Built for trust

Recent reviews, in patients’ own words, tell a stranger what the first visit feels like. Your replies show how you treat people when something goes wrong.

2. Built for search

Reviews sit beside your name on the map. A steady flow of fresh ones helps patients choose you when several clinics look alike.

3. Built for booking

A good review is most useful next to the Book online button. We put the proof where the decision happens, wherever your regulator allows.

Reviews by clinic type or stage

Every clinic starts from a different place. The routine is the same shape, but the first month looks different.

1. New clinic

You may have no reviews at all. We start with the link, the card and a short message, so your first happy patients are asked from week one rather than months later.

2. Solo or small clinic

You are the front desk, the clinician and the marketer. We make asking take fast and replies take a minute, so it happens even in a full week.

3. Growing clinic

More practitioners means uneven asking. One person asks every time, another never does. We write a shared routine so the whole clinic asks the same way.

4. Multi-location group

Each location needs its own profile, link and reviews, with one consistent approach. We set up the routine once and adapt it for each site.

5. Fix in place

You already have reviews but many go unanswered, or a few bad ones sit on top. We check what is there, set a reply approach and build a steady flow of new reviews so the old ones stop dominating.

What’s included

Reviews are three jobs: asking, replying and showing. We set up all three and agree the details with you first.

1. Your review link

One short link that opens the Google review box on a phone, tested before anyone depends on it.

2. A message in your voice

A short text or email for patients, written the way you talk. It is sent at a sensible moment, such as after a final visit or.

3. A front-desk card and QR code

Something small for the desk or treatment room gives patients the link to review whenever they choose. No pressure.

4. A reply guide and drafts

A one-page guide, example replies for good and difficult reviews, and drafts for the reviews you receive. You approve before anything is posted.

5. A review check-up

A look at how many reviews you have, how recent they are, how many have a reply, and what is missing from your profile.

6. Reviews on your site

Your star rating and a link to your Google reviews near the Book online button, and more where your regulator allows. See the section on policy below.

Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.

Policy and rules

This is the part owners worry about, so we start here. Google has published rules for reviews, and health regulators have rules for what a clinic may show.

1. Google’s review policy

Google prohibits reviews that are paid for, and it does not allow offering rewards for reviews. It also does not allow selectively asking only the patients you expect to be positive. Asking everyone, with no strings attached, is the safe route.

2. No gifts, no discounts

A complimentary session, a draw entry or a discount in return for a review puts your reviews at risk of removal. We build the routine on a simple, honest request.

3. Your regulator’s rules

Colleges and boards differ on testimonials, on how reviews may be shown and on what a clinic may say in public. We read the published guidance for your regulator and show you what we found. This is not legal advice, and you decide what to publish.

4. Reviews you did not ask for

Some patients write reviews on their own. A reply is a public message from your clinic, so it falls under the same advertising and privacy thinking as anything else you post.

5. Conflicts of interest

Reviews from staff, family or business partners can breach Google’s policy. We tell clinics not to ask them, and we show you how the rule works.

What we write or set up for you

1. The asking kit

The link, the message, the card and the QR code, ready to use and tested on a phone.

2. The reply guide

How to reply when a review is warm, when it is short, when it is wrong and when it is angry. We include example wording that you can adapt.

3. Reply drafts

For each new review, a draft written to fit your clinic’s voice and the privacy rules. You approve, change or cancel it.

4. The on-site display

The star rating, the link, and any quoted reviews your regulator allows, designed to sit beside the Book online button.

Platforms and tools we work with

We work with what clinics already use. If yours is not listed, tell us.

  • Google Business Profile. Where reviews live and where replies are posted, through invited access.
  • Jane and Cliniko. We work with Jane and Cliniko. Using something else? Tell us. Review requests can go out in your clinic’s own messages. We write the wording..
  • WordPress, Squarespace and Wix. We can add a rating, a link or a block of quoted reviews to your site on any of these.
  • Your own phone and front desk. A card and a QR code need no software at all.

The clinic sends requests from its own systems. We never need your patient list or your patient records.

Built to convert

A review is only useful if the person reading it can book in the next minute. We look at the whole path, not just the stars.

1. Proof next to the button

Patients decide at the Book online button. We put your rating and one or two honest lines close by.

2. Reviews that say what you treat

You cannot script what patients write. But a reply that thanks them and mentions your clinic’s focus, without any treatment detail, helps the next reader.

3. Fresh beats perfect

A real mix of reviews reads as honest. from three years ago. A steady routine matters more than a perfect score.

4. A reply for every review

Good reviews deserve thanks. Mixed ones deserve a calm, specific reply. Readers judge the clinic by both.

5. A profile that backs it up

Reviews help most when the profile has accurate hours, services, photos and a working booking link. We check those in the same pass.

How it works

1. Marketing audit

We look at your reviews, your replies, your Google profile and your site the way a new patient does, and send a short written report.

2. Plan

If you want help, we agree on the routine with you: when to ask, who asks, what the message says and how replies are handled.

3. The fixed set-up

We set up the link, the message, the card and the reply guide for one fixed price, quoted in writing before you sign.

4. Your approval

You read everything first. You change what you like. Nothing goes live without your yes.

5. Launch

The routine starts. The routine starts, and we show your team how it works. so it feels natural.

6. Monthly care (optional)

We keep an eye on new reviews, draft replies for you to approve, and send a one-page report. Stop any time.

After launch, or ongoing care

A review routine works when it keeps going. Monthly care means someone is watching the reviews so you do not have to remember to.

  • Draft replies to new reviews, for your approval
  • Flag any review that appears to break Google’s rules, and show you how to report it
  • Check that the review link and card still work
  • Report new reviews and your average rating, in your monthly report
  • Suggest small changes to the asking message if requests are going unanswered
  • Check any on-site review display still matches your regulator’s guidance

Why clinics work with us

1. Built for independent clinics

We work with independent clinics, physio and chiro first, plus dental and optometry, so the examples, the wording and the rules we check are the ones you face.

2. Our own scan

We checked 4,348 physio and chiro homepages ourselves. The figures in this page come from that scan, not from guesswork.

3. You own every account

Your Google profile, your site and your software stay in your clinic’s name. We work through invited access.

4. Nothing goes live without your approval

Replies, messages and on-site changes wait for you.

5. Plain monthly reports

One page in plain language: new reviews, your rating, and what we changed.

6. Checked against regulator rules

We check against your regulator’s published guidance and flag anything risky. We do not give legal advice.

If it looks fine but doesn’t bring in patients, something’s missing

A clinic can have a good rating and still lose first visits. The stars are only one part of what a patient reads. These are the six problems we look for first.

1. Almost no recent reviews

The rating may be high, but the last review is from a year ago. Patients wonder whether the clinic is still as good.

2. Reviews with no reply

Good and bad reviews sit with no response. It looks as if nobody is reading.

3. Reviews that never reach the site

Your Google reviews are strong, but your own website shows nothing. In our scan, 66% of physio and 70% of chiro homepages had no review feed or star rating.

4. Replies that share too much

A well-meant reply confirms the reviewer was a patient or mentions their treatment. That is a privacy risk, and it is easy to avoid.

5. Asking only some patients

Asking only the patients who seem happy breaks Google’s rules and can get reviews removed. We ask broadly.

6. A review link nobody can find

The front desk is willing, but nobody knows where the link is. We make it one tap away.

Questions owners ask

Can we offer patients a discount for a review?

We recommend against it. Google’s rules do not allow rewards in exchange for reviews, and regulators may object too. A simple, honest request works better over time.

Can we ask every patient?

Yes, and you should ask broadly. Google does not allow selectively soliciting positive reviews, so please do not filter out people you think might be unhappy before you ask.

What do we do about a bad review?

Reply calmly and briefly. Do not argue, and do not confirm the person was a patient or mention any treatment. If a review breaks Google’s rules, we show you how to flag it.

Can we put reviews on our website?

That depends on your regulator. We read the guidance for your college or board first and tell you what we found. If reviews cannot be shown, we say so and use another way to build trust.

Can we quote a patient’s review as a testimonial?

Some regulators restrict testimonials in health advertising. Check first, and get the patient’s permission. We help you check, but you decide what to publish.

How many reviews will we get?

We cannot promise a number. Clinics that ask consistently usually see more reviews than clinics that never ask.

What if we have almost no reviews today?

That is a common starting point. A steady, simple routine fixes it over time. We start with the link and the first few asks.

Will you write replies for us?

We draft, you approve. You can change the wording or reject a draft. Nothing is posted without your yes.

Do you need patient information to do this?

No. We work on your Google profile, your website and your software’s message settings. The clinic sends requests from its own systems.

Does this work with Jane and Cliniko?

We work with Jane and Cliniko. Using something else? Tell us in the form and we will say whether we can help.

Can we buy reviews or have staff post them?

No. We do not write reviews, buy reviews or post them on behalf of anyone. Google removes them, and they put your profile at risk.

What if someone leaves a review that is not true?

Reply calmly, then flag it to Google if it breaks its rules. We show you how. Do not respond with patient details, even to correct the record.
