Patients are searching for your physio clinic right now. Can they book?

We help physiotherapy clinics turn Google searches into booked first visits, using the booking tool you already use.

Your website is turning patients away

  • The booking link is hard to find on a phone.

It sits in a menu, or behind a contact form, or isn’t there at all.

  • Google shows your hours, not a way to book.

Your profile is the first thing most new patients see. Often it only offers a phone number.

  • Your best reviews never reach the next patient.

People say it in the treatment room. Few say it on Google, and fewer see it on your site.

Physiotherapy clinics in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia, checked in November 2026. We only looked at each homepage, so a few clinics do better than this shows.

Patients pick the clinic that looks easiest to trust. We check how yours looks from their phone.

A clinician fitting a brace on a young patient's leg

They search, compare and decide in minutes

A new physio patient is usually in pain, on a phone, and not ready to ring around. They search for the problem or for “physio near me”, look at the first few clinics on the map, glance at reviews and try to book.

If your clinic is easy to find, easy to trust and easy to book, you get the visit. If any of those three fail, you don’t. Many clinics lose patients at one specific point. Finding it is the first job.

Six places the booking falls through

  • Booking is a phone number. After hours, the patient can’t book at all. They book with the clinic that let them pick a time tonight.
  • Google shows the number only. No booking link on your profile, and holiday hours wrong or missing.
  • One services page for everything. Back pain, sports injuries, pelvic health, concussion, vestibular rehab and workplace injuries all crammed together. Patients search for one thing and can’t find it.
  • Funding questions unanswered. Is direct billing available? Do I need a referral? Is it covered by insurance or by workers’ compensation or auto insurance? If the site doesn’t answer, patients guess, or leave.
  • Reviews stay hidden. Great outcomes, few public reviews, none on the website.
  • Different practitioners, one booking button. New patients end up booking the wrong visit type or the wrong person.

Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.

Fill the diary, then keep it full

Getting the booking is half the job. Reminders, a clear cancellation policy and a calm front desk script cut no-shows. Most clinics have a list of past patients and no regular way to talk to them. A short message to past patients can bring back people who stopped halfway. We write the email, and your clinic sends it from its own email system. Your team runs the rest.

Look first. Fix one thing. Keep it working.

  1. Marketing audit. A short written report on your clinic, the way a new patient sees it.
  2. One fixed fix. One clearly defined job, agreed in writing before you sign anything.
  3. Month-to-month care. If you want it kept sharp, we look after it month to month. No long contract.

Your domain, website and Google profile stay in your name.

Regulated profession, regulated advertising

Physiotherapy advertising rules differ by regulator and province, state or country. We build to your regulator’s published guidance, and you approve everything before it goes live. We don’t give legal advice. See health advertising rules for clinics.

Physio owners ask

Do I need to change booking software?

No. We work with Jane and Cliniko. Using something else? Tell us in the form and we’ll say whether we can help.

Does this work for sports and rehab clinics?

Yes. The same path applies: search, trust, book. The pages are different.

What about direct billing and referrals?

We help you explain them clearly on the site. See direct billing on your website. We don’t handle claims.

How long until I see a change?

Booking and profile fixes can show in weeks. Rankings take longer. We won’t promise a date.

What does it cost?

We quote after the audit, in writing, before you sign anything. See marketing costs.

Will you see patient information?

No. We work on your website, your Google profile and your booking software’s own settings. Patient records stay in your clinic, and email lists stay in your clinic’s own system.

Straight answers

What does it cost?

It depends on what your check-up finds, so we quote after it, in writing, before you sign anything. To size it up, take what one new patient is worth to your clinic over a course of care and multiply by one extra a week.

Do we have to switch booking software?

No. We work with the booking software you already pay for, and switch on the parts most clinics aren’t using yet, like the booking link on Google.

Will you see patient information?

No. We work on your website, your Google profile and your software’s own settings. Patient records never leave your clinic.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Domain, website, Google profile and every account are set up in your clinic’s name from day one. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.

Why not just hire someone in-house?

You can, and some clinics should. A marketing hire costs a full salary and still needs a web developer, a search specialist and someone who knows clinic booking. We bring all of that as one team.

What if it doesn’t work?

You’ll know, because you get the numbers every month: calls, online bookings and reviews. If something isn’t moving, we change it and tell you what we changed.

Who do you work with?

Independent clinics: physio and chiro first, plus dental, optometry, massage and multidisciplinary clinics.

See where your next patient is getting stuck.
