Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

Marketing audit. One fixed fix. Month-to-month care. You decide at each step, in writing, before anything is billed.

The shape of it

Many agencies sell a long contract on the first call. We think that is backwards. You should see what we find before you pay, know the cost of the work before it starts, and be able to leave if it is not working.

So the work comes in three steps, each one a clear decision.

Step 1: The audit

What happens. We look at your clinic the way a new patient does. A search on a phone. Your Google profile. Your website. Your booking page. Your reviews. How fast it all loads. We write up what we find in a short report: what is broken, what to fix first, and why it matters.

What you do. Send us your clinic name, website and the booking software you use. Fill in a short form. That is all.

How long. About 3 business days after we have your details.

What it costs. Nothing. No obligation. The report is yours either way. What the check-up covers.

Step 2: One fixed fix

What happens. If you want help, we quote the work in writing: what we will change, in what order, for a fixed price. Typical things include adding a Book online button across your site and your Google profile, tidying your Google profile, writing pages for the conditions you treat, and setting up a review routine. Which ones depend on what the check-up found. We agree the scope with you before starting.

What you do. Approve the plan. Give us access to your website, Google profile and booking software settings. Send photos and answer a few questions about who you want to treat more of. Approve the wording before anything goes live. Plan on a few hours across the project.

How long. It depends on the scope, and we put the timeline in the quote.

What it costs. One fixed amount, quoted after the check-up and before you sign. It will not change halfway through.

What you own. You keep your domain, website content, Google profile and accounts. Anything licensed from a third party stays under its own terms. Your domain, website, Google profile and accounts are in your clinic’s name from day one.

Step 3: Month-to-month care

What happens. Keeping a Google profile sharp, pages current and reviews coming in is steady work. Each month we handle it and send you one report: calls, booking requests, new reviews. If something is not moving, we change it and tell you what changed.

Depending on what your clinic needs, care can include Google profile upkeep, new condition pages, review routines, newsletters, social media and, once the basics convert, Google Ads. Individual services.

What you do. Read the report. Approve anything that goes public. Tell us what is happening at the clinic, such as a new practitioner, a new service or a change in hours.

How long. Ongoing, one month at a time.

What it costs. A monthly amount agreed in writing before you start. No long contract. Stop whenever you like. You keep everything.

Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.

What we never do

  • Lock you into a long contract
  • Hold your website, domain or accounts hostage
  • Promise rankings, patient numbers or results
  • See patient records. We work on your website, your Google profile and your software’s settings, so patient information never leaves your clinic.
  • Publish anything without your approval

We check copy against your regulator’s advertising rules, and flag anything that looks risky. We are not giving legal advice.

Questions owners ask

What if the check-up shows nothing is wrong?

We will say so. You will have a useful report and owe us nothing.

Do I have to do step 2 before step 3?

Usually, because care works best once the basics are fixed. If your clinic is already in good shape, we can talk about starting straight with monthly care.

Do you work with our booking software?

We work with Jane and Cliniko. Using something else? Tell us in the form and we’ll say whether we can help. Services: online booking.

What if I want to stop?

Tell us. You keep your domain, website content, Google profile and accounts. Anything licensed from a third party stays under its own terms.

Who do I talk to?

A real person who answers your email.

How much does it cost?

Step 1 is the audit: agencies sell this kind of audit for around $1,200, and we send ours in return for your clinic’s details. Steps 2 and 3 are quoted in writing after the check-up, based on what your clinic needs.
