Patients are searching for your chiro clinic right now. Can they book?
We help chiropractic clinics turn Google searches into booked first visits, using the booking tool you already use.

Your website is turning patients away
-
The booking link is hard to find on a phone.
New patients look in the evening. If the only way in is a call tomorrow, some book elsewhere tonight.
-
Google shows your hours, not a way to book.
Your Google profile is the first thing most new patients see. Often it only offers a phone number.
-
Your reviews stay on Google.
Seven in ten chiro homepages we checked showed no rating, even when the clinic has plenty of five-star reviews.
What a patient sees at 9 pm
Same search. Two clinics. Only one lets them book tonight.

What we found on 462 chiropractic homepages
Chiropractic clinics in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia, checked in November 2026. We only looked at each homepage, so a few clinics do better than this shows.

Patients pick the clinic that looks easiest to trust. We check how yours looks from their phone.
Many are nervous, and many are comparing
A new chiropractic patient may have never seen a chiropractor, or may have been burned by a poor experience. They search for the pain or for “chiropractor near me”, check the first few clinics on the map, look hard at reviews and photos, and look for signs of what a visit will be like.
They want to know: will it hurt, how long will it take, what does it cost, and is this person trustworthy. Your website and Google profile answer those questions, or they don’t.
Six places the booking falls through
- No way to book online. A phone number only, so evening searchers book elsewhere.
- No answer to “what happens at my first visit?” Nervous patients need to know before they come.
- Reviews hidden. Patients love the care but few post on Google, and the site shows none.
- Generic pages. One page called “Services” covering back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, prenatal and kids. None of them rank, none of them persuade.
- Mixed signals on fees and insurance. Is the first visit different? Is X-ray included? Does my plan cover it? Silence reads as risk.
- No reason to book now. Few chiropractors mention an offer for new patients on the homepage, where their regulator allows one.

The first visit is the start
Chiropractic often involves a plan of care. Reminders, a clear cancellation policy and a friendly newsletter keep patients on track, and a note to past patients can reopen conversations. Most clinics have a list of past patients and no regular way to talk to them. We write the email, and your clinic sends it from its own email system. Your team runs the rest.

Not sure where your clinic stands? We’ll look at it the way a new patient does and send a short written report. No pitch.
Look first. Fix one thing. Keep it working.
- Marketing audit. A short written report on your clinic, the way a new patient sees it.
- One fixed fix. One clearly defined job, agreed in writing before you sign anything.
- Month-to-month care. If you want it kept sharp, we look after it month to month. No long contract.
Your domain, website and Google profile stay in your name.
Regulated profession, regulated advertising
Chiropractic advertising rules differ by regulator and province, state or country. Testimonials, before-and-after claims and offers are treated differently in different places. We build to your regulator’s published guidance, and you approve everything before it goes live. We don’t give legal advice.
Chiro owners ask
Do I need to change software?
No. We work with Jane and Cliniko. Using something else? Tell us in the form and we’ll say whether we can help.
Can I use patient testimonials?
That depends on your regulator. Check first. Google reviews are collected differently, and we help you do that properly.
Is a chiropractic website different from a physio website?
The path is the same: search, trust, book. The content is different, because the patient’s worries are.
How long until I see a change?
Booking and profile fixes can show in weeks. Rankings take longer. We won’t promise a date.
What does it cost?
We quote after the audit, in writing, before you sign anything. See marketing costs.
Will you see patient information?
No. We work on your website, your Google profile and your booking software’s own settings. Patient records stay in your clinic, and email lists stay in your clinic’s own system.

Chiropractic marketing, by service
Straight answers
What does it cost?
It depends on what your check-up finds, so we quote after it, in writing, before you sign anything. To size it up, take what one new patient is worth to your clinic over a course of care and multiply by one extra a week.
Do we have to switch booking software?
No. We work with the booking software you already pay for, and switch on the parts most clinics aren’t using yet, like the booking link on Google.
Will you see patient information?
No. We work on your website, your Google profile and your software’s own settings. Patient records never leave your clinic.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Domain, website, Google profile and every account are set up in your clinic’s name from day one. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Why not just hire someone in-house?
You can, and some clinics should. A marketing hire costs a full salary and still needs a web developer, a search specialist and someone who knows clinic booking. We bring all of that as one team.
What if it doesn’t work?
You’ll know, because you get the numbers every month: calls, online bookings and reviews. If something isn’t moving, we change it and tell you what we changed.
Who do you work with?
Independent clinics: physio and chiro first, plus dental, optometry, massage and multidisciplinary clinics.
