Patients are searching for your dental practice right now. Can they book?
We help dental practices turn Google searches into booked new-patient visits, using the booking tools you already pay for.

Your audit covers
- Your Google profile
- Booking on a phone
- Condition pages
- Reviews
- Speed
Your website is turning patients away
-
New patients can’t book from a phone.
The front desk is busy with the patients in the chair. Someone who can’t book online tries the next practice on the list.
-
Google shows your hours, not a way to book.
Your Google profile is the first thing a new patient sees. Often it only offers a phone number.
-
Your reviews don’t reach the next patient.
Three in five dental homepages we checked showed no rating at all, even when the practice has great Google reviews.
What a patient sees at 9 pm
Same search. Two clinics. Only one lets them book tonight.
Example Physiotherapy

Closed. The patient moves on to the next result.
Example Physiotherapy

Booked for Thursday 8:15 am, in under a minute.

What we found on 334 dental homepages
Dental clinics in Canada, the US, the UK and Australia, checked in November 2026. We only looked at each homepage, so a few clinics do better than this shows.

Find out where you’re losing patients.
We look at your clinic the way a new patient does: a search on a phone, your Google profile, your website, your booking page. You get a short written report: what’s broken, what to fix first, and why it matters.
No pitch. No obligation. The report is yours either way.
-
Booking on a phone
Fix first- What we saw
- Booking takes four taps and a menu. The button says “Contact”.
- What we’d change
- A “Book online” button in the header of every page, linked to your existing booking page.
-
Google profile
Fix first- What we saw
- No booking link. Holiday hours missing.
- What we’d change
- Add your booking link as an appointment link. Set holiday hours a month ahead.
-
Pages for what you treat
Next- What we saw
- One services page lists twelve conditions.
- What we’d change
- A short page each for the three you see most, written the way patients search.
One team for the whole path, from search to booked.
Booking that works at 9 pm
A Book online button on every page and on your Google profile, wired to the booking software you already pay for.
Show up first nearby
Your Google profile kept sharp and active, plus a page for every condition you treat and every area you serve.
Happy patients, public reviews
Review requests at the right moment, sent through your own clinic software. We never need your patient records.
A report you’ll actually read
One page a month: calls, online bookings, new reviews and where you rank. If something isn’t working, we change it.

Dental marketing, by service
Straight answers
What does it cost?
It depends on what your check-up finds, so we quote after it, in writing, before you sign anything. To size it up, take what one new patient is worth to your clinic over a course of care and multiply by one extra a week.
Do we have to switch booking software?
No. We work with the booking software you already pay for, and switch on the parts most clinics aren’t using yet, like the booking link on Google.
Will you see patient information?
No. We work on your website, your Google profile and your software’s own settings. Patient records never leave your clinic.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Domain, website, Google profile and every account are set up in your clinic’s name from day one. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Why not just hire someone in-house?
You can, and some clinics should. A marketing hire costs a full salary and still needs a web developer, a search specialist and someone who knows clinic booking. We bring all of that as one team.
What if it doesn’t work?
You’ll know, because you get the numbers every month: calls, online bookings and reviews. If something isn’t moving, we change it and tell you what we changed.
Who do you work with?
Independent clinics: physio and chiro first, plus dental, optometry, massage and multidisciplinary clinics.
