More than one location? Make each one easy to find.

A patient does not search for your group. They search for the nearest clinic. When each location has its own accurate profile, its own page and a booking path that works, the right clinic shows up for the right patient. We check each location and send you a short written report, noting how your locations compare where useful.

What we look at

We check each location you send us, and may start with a few, then compare them. The differences between locations are often where the useful findings are.

1. One Google profile per location

Each location that meets Google’s rules can have its own profile, with its own address, local phone number, hours and holiday hours. We look for duplicates, profiles that point to the wrong address, and profiles that send every location’s patients to one phone number. We also look at categories and photos, so each profile shows that clinic’s own entrance and team.

2. One page per location

A single “Locations” page with a list of addresses leaves patients to guess. We look for a dedicated page for each clinic: its address, map, parking and transit, hours, practitioners, services and a booking button for that location. We also check that each page reads as its own page and is not a copy of the others with a new address.

3. Names and details that match

Clinic name, address, phone number and hours should match across your site, your profiles, your booking system and your directory listings. With several locations, small differences multiply: “Main St” in one place, “Main Street” in another, an old phone number still live. We list them so you can fix them in one pass.

4. Consistent booking

We walk through booking a first visit at each location on a phone, up to the final step and without submitting, so no fake appointments are made. We check that the button on each location page opens that location’s booking, that visit types and names are the same everywhere, and that a patient can book out of hours. We work with Jane and Cliniko; both can offer links for specific locations. Using something else? Tell us and we’ll say whether we can help.

5. Reviews, location by location

Reviews belong to each location’s profile. We look at how many each has, how recent they are and whether anyone replies. One strong location can hide a weak one in a group average. We also check how reviews appear on each location’s page and note what your regulator’s guidance may allow you to show.

6. Reporting per location

Combined numbers hide problems. We look at what you can measure today for each location: booking requests, clicks on the booking button, calls through a tracking number if you use one. Then we suggest a simple monthly view, location by location, so you can see which clinics are growing and which are not. Exactly what we can measure depends on your booking software and phone setup.

7. Who owns what

For a group, this matters. We check who has access to each profile, your domain and your booking account, and whether any of it sits with a former staff member or an old agency. You should own your profiles and site. Where we are given access, it is by invitation, never by sharing a password.

For reference, in our scan of 4,348 physio and chiro homepages (3,886 physio and 462 chiro, November 2026), 33% of physio and 26% of chiro sites had no online booking we could find, and 66% of physio and 70% of chiro sites showed no review feed or star rating. How we counted. We will tell you where each of your locations stands.

What you get back

A short written report, sent to your inbox:

  • A section for each area above, with what we saw, what to change and the priority.
  • Notes on how your locations compare, where that helps you see the gaps.
  • A fix order. What applies to every location (do it once) and what is specific to one (do it where it matters).

The report is yours to keep. You can use it with us or without us.

How it works

  1. The audit. Send your clinic name, website, the list of locations and your email, plus the booking software you use, if any. We send the report. No card, and no call unless you ask for one.
  2. The fixed fix. If you want help, we quote the work in writing as one fixed price, with the scope and timeline spelled out. A group with many locations takes longer than a single clinic, and we say so up front. Nothing goes live without your approval.
  3. Monthly care. To keep each location in shape, you can add monthly care, with a monthly one-page report. It is month to month, and you can stop any time. You can also start with monthly care and skip the fix.

We do not need patient information and will not ask for it. We look at your public website, your public Google profiles and your booking pages as a patient sees them.

Questions owners ask

Q: How many locations is this for?

Two or more. If you have two clinics, you already have the duplicate-details and booking-path problems, in a smaller form. If you have many, send the list and tell us if you want us to start with a few.

Q: Do all locations need their own page and profile?

If patients can walk in, usually yes. Google has its own rules on which locations qualify for a profile, and we point out any that may not rather than guess. We point out any location that may not qualify for its own profile.

Q: Can you manage all our locations from one place?

We can cover several locations in one plan. Tell us what you have. You keep ownership of every profile, the site and the booking account.

Q: Do you need patient information to report on locations?

No. We use public information and the booking and call counts you choose to share. We never ask for patient names, notes or lists.

Q: What does the audit cost me?

Your clinic’s details and about 10 minutes. You get the written report either way, with no obligation. If it shows work you want help with, we would like the chance to quote it. That is the whole catch.
