Where a Kelowna clinic usually starts

The biggest gap we saw in Kelowna was reviews among dental clinics: 84% of homepages showed no review feed or stars, against 74% across the cities we checked. Plenty of clinics have good Google reviews that patients never see on the website. Check your regulator’s testimonial rules first, then see reviews.

Everything else we do is on our services page, and how we work explains the audit, the fixed fix and monthly care.

Questions owners ask

Are you located in Kelowna?

No. Clinic Chime is based in Vaughan, Ontario, and we work with clinics in Kelowna remotely. We do not have an office in Kelowna. The audit, approvals and reports happen by email, video call or phone.

Is online booking common for clinics in Kelowna?

It depends on the type of clinic. Of the homepages we checked, physiotherapy clinics were the most likely to offer it (83% had online booking we could find) and naturopathic clinics the least (57%).

Which booking software do Kelowna clinics use?

On the homepages we checked, the systems we detected most often were Jane, Square and Solutionreach. We count what our scan can see on a homepage, so clinics that link to booking from another page are not counted.
