Where a Victoria clinic usually starts

The biggest gap we saw in Victoria was the website platform among physiotherapy clinics: 26% ran on a do-it-yourself builder, against 13% across the cities we checked. A DIY builder is not a problem on its own; what matters is whether a patient can find your services and book on a phone. See clinic websites.

Everything else we do is on our services page, and how we work explains the audit, the fixed fix and monthly care.

Questions owners ask

Are you located in Victoria?

No. Clinic Chime is based in Vaughan, Ontario, and we work with clinics in Victoria remotely. We do not have an office in Victoria. The audit, approvals and reports happen by email, video call or phone.

Is online booking common for clinics in Victoria?

It depends on the type of clinic. Of the homepages we checked, optometry clinics were the most likely to offer it (78% had online booking we could find) and counselling clinics the least (36%).

Which booking software do Victoria clinics use?

On the homepages we checked, the systems we detected most often were Jane, Calendly and Square. We count what our scan can see on a homepage, so clinics that link to booking from another page are not counted.
