Where a Vancouver clinic usually starts

The biggest gap we saw in Vancouver was reviews among optometry clinics: 94% of homepages showed no review feed or stars, against 78% across the cities we checked. Plenty of clinics have good Google reviews that patients never see on the website. Check your regulator’s testimonial rules first, then see reviews.

Everything else we do is on our services page, and how we work explains the audit, the fixed fix and monthly care.

Questions owners ask

Are you located in Vancouver?

No. Clinic Chime is based in Vaughan, Ontario, and we work with clinics in Vancouver remotely. We do not have an office in Vancouver. The audit, approvals and reports happen by email, video call or phone.

Is online booking common for clinics in Vancouver?

It depends on the type of clinic. Of the homepages we checked, physiotherapy clinics were the most likely to offer it (78% had online booking we could find) and naturopathic clinics the least (55%).

Which booking software do Vancouver clinics use?

On the homepages we checked, the systems we detected most often were Jane, Calendly and Dentrix/Henry Schein. We count what our scan can see on a homepage, so clinics that link to booking from another page are not counted.

Who regulates advertising for clinics in British Columbia?
